Needle Arthroscopy

Diagnostic needle arthroscopy is a new and upcoming tool in the field of veterinary medicine and we hope to offer it soon in our rehab department. It is an in office procedure that can offer a minimally invasive tool that may provide the ability for real-time dynamic visualization of the patients anatomy allowing for another tool for diagnosing and decision making by the veterinarian and can potentially reduce the time from injury to diagnosis, surgical or nonsurgical treatment and recovery.

Some indications for use include but are not limited to: medial shoulder syndrome, biceps tenosynovitis, fragmented coronoid process, ununited anconeal process, elbow OCD, joint injections, early Cruciate tears, meniscal injury.
