Therapeutic Exercises

Therapeutic exercise is the basis for all rehab and can improve strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, as well as slow progression of disease. A specific and regular physical therapy and exercise program helps to reduce pain associated with arthritic and musculoskeletal conditions and can be very effective with neurological conditions including but not limited to intervertebral disc disease, fibrocartilaginous emboli, and lumbosacral disease. Regular prescribed exercises have the ability to greatly improve recovery time.
