Client Services Lead

Working with animals has always been a dream job for me. When I was born, my parents had four Labrador retrievers. Those labs took me in as one of their own and I made it my duty to take care of them in every way possible. That is where my passion to work with animals started to grow.

I started working in the veterinary field in 2011 at a general practice in Brampton, Ontario. I took on the role of many positions and learned hands-on. In 2015, I decided that general practice wasn’t enough for me and got a position as a customer service representative at a veterinary emergency hospital in Toronto, Ontario. Finally, in 2020, I made the move across the country and started at WAVES right away.

My favourite part about working in emergency/specialty medicine is seeing our patient’s health improve! What is even a better feeling is when you see them go home. That is what makes our job so rewarding.

If you see me around the hospital, don’t hesitate to say hi! I love chatting and meeting new people and their lovely pets. You might even see my puppy around the hospital as well! Prince was rescued from Moosejaw, Sask. in March 2022. He is a true Heinz 57 with beautiful blue eyes.
