Madison has been working with WAVES since 2021 with previous experience in grooming and over five years of customer service. An animal lover, big or small, the decision to move into veterinary care was simple. Madison says, “the best part of working reception at WAVES is knowing that I have been able to help both pet and owner through one of the scariest experiences they may go through together.”
Fun Fact:
Madison has a BA in English and a T.E.F.L. Certification with hopes to teach in Japan one day.
