Rose is a Registered Veterinary Technologist who graduated from the Animal Health Technology program at Thompson Rivers University in 2014. She had always had a love for animals and a keen interest in medicine; she would frequently foster medically unstable cats for the SPCA while growing up in Victoria. She fell in love with emergency medicine while working as an RVT in Alaska and is very excited to continue her career with WAVES! Her favourite thing about emergency and critical care medicine is that it’s never boring; no two days are the same and you never know what will fall into your lap!
When not at WAVES she can typically be found swimming, trying out new coffee shops, studying emergency/critical care, or hanging out with her senior cat Gerald.
